My Famous Choc-Chip Brownies (Master Chef)

Here is the recipe of my brownie, from the school Master Chef Competition.

Ingredients (Makes roughly 30)
You will need 125g of butter, 1 1/2 cups of caster sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa, 2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 cup plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 200g broken white chocolate.

Method
Turn on oven to 180C.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan, remove from heat and turn off stove. Stir in cocoa, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well combined.

Fold through combined sifted flour and baking powder. Stir through the broken up chocolate pieces.
Line an 18 x 28cm slab tin or a brownie tin with baking paper. Spread brownie mixture evenly all over tin.

Bake in the oven (180C)  for 25-30 minutes until nice and crispy. You can check with a skewer and if it comes out clean it is ready. The brownie might seem soft but will firm in cooling. Leave in the tin to cool completely and cut into squares.

You can ice them dust with icing sugar if desired.
