This is the banana cake recipe from the school Master Chef Competition
What you will need. 125g cubed butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup milk, 2 1/2 cups plain flour, 4 tblsp cocoa, 1 tsp bi-carb soda, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt, 3 small mashed bananas
Cream butter & sugar, beat in eggs & vanilla & milk.
Add sifted dry ingredients then stir in all of the mashed bananas. Cook in a medium cake tin or muffin trays at 160C. Cake for 40-45 minutes. Muffins 20-25 minutes.
