Jumbo Choc-Chip Cookies!!

The other day I decided to make some cookies, but these weren't regular cookies! They were Jumbo Double Choc-Chip Cookies.
Here is the recipe.

1 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour
3/4 Cup of Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar
180g of Butter
200g of Chocolate
3 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
1. Pre-heat oven to 180C and line 2 biscuit trays.
2. Sift flour and cocoa into a bowl, add sugar, make a well in the centre.
3.Melt butter and chocolate in a pot, take off heat.
4. Add butter mix to dry ingredients, stir well and once mixed drop 1-2 tbs of mix onto prepared trays and put in the oven for 12 minutes (If you cook to long they will go hard).
5. Leave on trays to cool down. Once cooled store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

Tips
Mix will be very gooey, but that's the way they are!

If you want a smaller cookie use a smaller amount of mix.
